Ocean Cruises

Cruises can vary in terms of what is included in the overall price. Some cruises are considered all-inclusive, meaning that the cost of the cruise covers accommodations, meals, drinks, entertainment, and some onboard activities. Other cruises may require additional fees for things like specialty dining options, alcohol, excursions, gratuities, and internet access. It’s important to carefully read the details of a cruise package to understand what is included and what may require extra payment. Some cruise lines offer beverage packages too. We can help you demystify what all is and isn’t included.

Despite the trend towards more casual attire on cruises, many cruise lines still maintain formal nights as part of their onboard experience. These nights typically involve dress codes where passengers are expected to dress up in suits, cocktail dresses, or formal evening gowns. While some cruise lines have relaxed their formal dress code policies in recent years, there are still opportunities for passengers to enjoy a glamorous evening of fine dining and socializing on formal nights during their cruise vacation.

Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, adult-only cruise lines provide a more refined and tranquil experience for those lookng to escape the crowds and enjoy a more sophisticated vacation.

Tipping on a cruise is typically recommended as a way to show appreciation for the hard work and service provided by the cruise staff. While it is not always required, many cruise lines do have specific guidelines for tipping, either through automatic gratuity charges added to your onboard account or suggested tipping amounts for different staff members. It is always a good idea to check the tipping policies of the cruise line you are traveling with to ensure you are aware of the expectations and can budget accordingly. Ultimately, tipping on a cruise is a personal choice, but it is a common practice to show gratitude for the excellent service provided. We can help you with the policies based on the cruise line you are interested in sailing.
